TRANSLATION
We will make a native interpreter available to you, as soon as possible, whether in-person, over-the-phone (OPI), or virtually. While it may take one of our interpreters a time to arrive at your desired location, services can accessed via phone within minutes.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
For a small monthly minimum, we offer nearly unlimited over-the-phone options with scheduling charged only by the amount of minutes used. Unlike our competitors, we don't begin charging ss soon as the phone connects, the first 15 minutes are never charged*. Our average connect time is typically less than 15 minutes. We give you the opportunity to connect with highly skilled interpreters during Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET.
OVER-THE-PHONE (PRE-SCHEDULED)
If a monthly membership isn't practical, we can still meet your needs. As a per minute charge, we give you the opportunity to connect with the same highly skilled interpreters during our standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. All that is required is twenty-four hour notice, as well as purpose, date, and time of service.
On Demand (SAME DAY)
With an established Press2 account, you’ll have quick access to our interpreters. This option benefits those who may have been unaware of a language barrier, and/or need to communicate with a limited English speaker quickly. Please note: Method of translation mediums may be limited and rush fees may apply.
rate
All translation charges are calculated at $0.75 per-minute with the overall charge determined by the clients' needs. All clients, except members, will have a minimum $12 charge applied to all translation projects containing fewer 15 minutes.
